| Returns
Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in fully resaleable condition. Returns should be made within a reasonable time (usually 28 days) and in original, undamaged packaging. Please note: We are not responsible for return postage other than for incorrectly supplied, defective or damaged goods.
If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount.
We will refund your original delivery charge when a product is faulty or damaged, but not when a product is simply unwanted.
Unfortunately we cannot accept cancellations for personalised products as it is unlikely we will be able to resell them. In respect of personalised/made-to-order products our usual refund policy does not apply and products cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
Refunds will be made when goods have been received and checked by us. The refund will usually reach the purchasers account within 7-14 working days. However, this will depend on the speed with which your credit/debit card company process the credit.
To return a product to Coast Interiors Limited you must e-mail us at returns@coastinteriors.com providing the following information.
Your name
Your e-mail address
Your order number
The product codes, product description and quantities of the item(s) you wish to return
When we receive this email we will reply with an authorisation number and details of how to return the product(s). We will respond as soon as we can.
